Snyder Jewellery currently only accepts Paypal payments and bank deposits within Australia. Credit card details and other financial information processed through Paypal are secure, and not accessible for viewing by Snyder Jewellery. If paying by bank deposit, please contact us.

~ Shipment of Goods ~
Goods are shipped within 24hrs of receipt of payment excluding weekends, holidays, and any other days on which postal services are unavailable. Unless otherwise stated, goods are shipped free of charge through standard airmail by default. If extra postal services (tracking, insurance, etc) are required, please contact us prior to payment. Additional postal services will incur an additional charge.

~ Refund & Exchanges Policy ~
Customer satisfaction is of utmost concern. Customers are able to return items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. Damaged, worn, used, re-sized, altered, or engraved items cannot be returned. Snyder Jewellery takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in mail, however under certain circumstances refunds or exchanges may be given for damaged goods.
